    I have always been impressed with the service and friendliness of the folks at Faulkner. But I have to admit that I am a little disappointed with my last visit for an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated and I had asked about them looking at a possible leak in my right front tire. The service rep said that they did not find any problems and that the tires were rotated. But the tire still has a leak and it is still in the same spot on the right front of the vehicle. Which means they did not rotate the tires. I understand mistakes can be made, but I really don't like being told something that is not true.
